If you cancel a paid plan, it will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. After that, your account will be canceled. To cancel, visit the billing page on your Artlink dashboard.
Payments for digital services on Artlink are non-refundable. However, we understand that sometimes your requirements may change. If you experience extended downtime or significant service interruptions, we may offer partial credits to your account based on the duration and impact of the downtime. For any issues, please email us at support@artlink.live.
If you downloaded our app and purchased your plan using your Apple ID or Google Play Store account, you’ll need to cancel by following the instructions provided by Apple or Google. Please note that Artlink is unable to process refunds in these circumstances. You can request a refund from Apple on the Apple Support webpage or from Google by following their instructions.
Upon cancellation of your plan, you will lose access to all premium features, including but not limited to creating new links and viewing analytics data. Although all premium features will be disabled, your existing links will remain active. You may reactivate your plan at any time. Please note that during the period of inactivity, no analytics data will be collected. If you wish to delete your data, please contact us.
If you encounter any issues with our service, such as extended downtime (multiple hours in a day, or multiple days in a month), or if our customer service response time is delayed significantly, we may issue a partial credit to your account.
