Artlink AI Studio Terms

1. Relationship to the Terms of Service

These AI Studio Terms ("Studio Terms") supplement the Artlink Terms of Service and apply whenever you use AI Studio. They are incorporated into the Terms of Service by reference. If these Studio Terms conflict with the Terms of Service regarding AI Studio, these Studio Terms control. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meaning given in the Terms of Service.

2. Definitions

• "AI Studio" means Artlink's AI-powered generation features that create videos and images from your music, artwork, images, and text prompts.
• "Credits" means the prepaid units used to pay for generations in AI Studio.
• "Inputs" means content you provide to AI Studio, including audio recordings, cover art, images, start frames, and text prompts.
• "Outputs" means the videos and images AI Studio generates for you.

3. Credits

• Credits have no cash value, are not legal tender, are non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for money.
• Credit purchases are non-refundable, as described in our Refund Policy. By purchasing Credits you request immediate delivery of digital content and, where applicable law permits, you acknowledge that you lose any statutory right of withdrawal once delivery begins.
• If a generation fails for technical reasons, the Credits spent on it are automatically returned to your balance. This is the remedy for failed generations.
• Credits from one-time credit packs never expire. Credits included with your Artlink plan expire at the end of your current billing period. Unused credits from a Studio add-on subscription roll over up to three times (3×) your monthly credit amount; credits above that cap are forfeited. Credits closest to expiry are always spent first. Any promotional or trial credits carry the expiry disclosed when they are granted.
• Unused Credits are forfeited when your account is cancelled or terminated.
• The number of Credits required for a given model, template, or setting is shown before you generate and may change over time.

4. Your Inputs

• You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights necessary in every Input you provide — including the sound recording, the underlying musical composition, artwork, and the name, image, likeness, and voice of any person appearing in it — and that your Inputs and your use of AI Studio do not violate any law or infringe any third party's rights.
• You grant Artlink a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, and transmit your Inputs solely to provide AI Studio to you, including transmission to the third-party model providers described in Section 7.
• You will indemnify, defend, and hold Artlink harmless from any third-party claims, liabilities, and costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your Inputs or your use of Outputs in breach of these Studio Terms.

5. Outputs

• As between you and Artlink, you own the Outputs generated from your Inputs and prompts, and you may use them for any lawful purpose, including commercially (for example as a Spotify Canvas, in ads, or on social media).
• You grant Artlink a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and serve your Outputs as needed to operate and provide the Services.
• Outputs are generated by machine-learning models and are provided "as is." Artlink does not warrant that Outputs are protectable by copyright, unique (similar prompts may produce similar outputs for other users), accurate, or fit for a particular purpose.
• Outputs may additionally be subject to usage terms of the third-party model providers described in Section 7.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use AI Studio to create or share content that:

• depicts a real person's likeness or imitates their voice without that person's consent;
• sexualizes or exploits minors in any way — we have zero tolerance for such content and will report it to the relevant authorities;
• infringes any third party's intellectual property rights;
• is deceptive media presented as authentic, including political or election-related deepfakes;
• is unlawful, harassing, hateful, or promotes violence.

Our model providers apply their own safety filters and may reject a generation request; Credits spent on rejected requests are returned to your balance. Artlink may remove content and suspend or terminate your access to AI Studio for violations of this section.

7. Third-Party Model Providers

Generations are fulfilled through fal.ai and underlying model providers (for example Google, ByteDance, Kuaishou, Ideogram, and Lightricks). Your Inputs and prompts are transmitted to these providers solely to fulfill your generation request, as described in our Privacy Policy. The availability of any specific model, template, style, or capability is not guaranteed: models and templates may be added, changed, or retired at any time without notice.

8. Disclaimers and Liability

AI Studio is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Artlink's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to AI Studio is limited to the amounts you paid for AI Studio in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Studio Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and nothing in these Studio Terms deprives you of any mandatory consumer protections under the laws of your country of residence.

9. Changes and Contact
