Your conversations stay saved. On Supernova, wait for the reset or contact support. Upgrading does not bypass temporary service pauses or rate limits.

What can I ask about analytics?
Ask about your Artlink site's or release's recorded performance: views, clicks, click-through rates, pre-save activity, fan signups, period comparisons, and supported breakdowns. Results include the selected scope, dates, and freshness. Agent does not invent missing data or provide complete Spotify stream, royalty, or distributor reports.
Can it create links and pre-saves for me?
Yes, when live creation is enabled. Agent prepares supported smart-link and pre-save previews inside the conversation. You review the details and explicitly confirm before creation. It returns a saved result and a link to manage it. It does not silently publish, edit, or delete existing content.
What happens when I reach my allowance?
Agent has its own monthly allowance, separate from AI Studio credits. Usage varies with the conversation, tools, and images—not a fixed number of messages. See your remaining percentage and reset date in the panel. Allowances reset on the first of each month at 00:00 UTC, including annual plans, and are shared across your workspaces. If you reach your allowance, move from Solo Star to Rising Star, or from Rising Star to Supernova, through Billing. A higher plan increases the allowance; usage already spent carries over. Your conversations stay saved. On Supernova, wait for the reset or contact support. Upgrading does not bypass temporary service pauses or rate limits. Near the limit, economy mode keeps replies concise and uses recent conversation context to stretch the remaining allowance.
Can I upload artwork, screenshots, or documents?
Upload non-animated JPG, PNG, or WebP images up to 20 MB and 25 megapixels, with up to three attachments per message. Larger images are optimized locally before upload; originals are not retained at full resolution. Choose artwork-only mode for a pre-save or image-analysis mode for feedback. Private uploads expire after 30 days; approved published artwork is separate. Documents, PDFs, spreadsheets, audio, and video are not supported in Agent. Image review uses Agent allowance.
Will I lose the conversation if I close the panel?
No. Close the panel and keep working in your dashboard while a response continues. Reopen it or refresh to return to the saved conversation. Start a new conversation when you want a fresh thread; previous conversations remain in history.
Is Agent the same as AI Studio?
They work on different parts of a release. Artlink Agent helps you understand performance, plan your next move, and create supported links or pre-saves. AI Studio generates Canvas loops, videos, cover art, and images in its own workspace. Studio credits do not refill Agent allowance, and Agent does not currently run Studio generation, ad campaigns, email sends, distribution, or royalty collection for you.
